Jonas Ölbracht advises comprehensively in the area of ​​renovation and restructuring with a focus on the development of holistic restructuring concepts (UA IDW S6), which include both financial and performance restructuring measures. He also accompanies M&A projects and creates ongoing reports.

Jonas Ölbracht studied international management at ISM Dortmund. As part of his studies, he worked for a BIG - 4 WPG and then at a management consultancy. During this time, Mr. Oilbracht accompanied a variety of examination mandates, as well as restructuring and M&A projects. In 2024 he switched to Aderhold company consultancy GmbH.
