Vanessa Schwetschenau

Vanessa Schwetschenau advises comprehensive companies in crisis situations. The advisory spectrum ranges from extrajudicial restructuring, the preparation and implementation of starug procedures to the preparation and implementation of bankruptcy proceedings, in particular as a protective shield and self-management procedure. In addition, Ms. Schwetschenau advises on the transaction of companies in the crisis (distributed M&A) and in corporate law.

Vanessa Schwetschenau studied law at the University of Leipzig with a focus on corporate law. She completed her legal trainee in the Free State of Saxony. Vanessa Schwetschenau has been working as a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Leipzig since August 2022.
