Ulrich Peters, LL.M.

Ulrich Peters' advisory focus is on banking law, M&A, corporate law and structured financing.

Ulrich Peters studied law at the University of Hamburg after training as a bank clerk and completed the master's degree in M&A in Münster. He started his legal career in Cologne in 1999 and moved to Aderhold in 2005. He works as a lawyer and partner in Dortmund.

Ulrich Peters has been the lecturer at Jurgrad gGmbH at the University of Münster in the Master's degree in business law since 2024.
