Toni Woitke, LL.M.

Toni Woitke advises mainly in the area of ​​real estate management law. In particular, he looks after real estate transactions of individual and portfolio sales. Mr. Woitke works on both sellers and on the buyer side. One focus of Mr. Woitke's transaction advice is in the area of ​​crisis-related M&A processes with a national and international connection. Mr. Woitke also has in -depth knowledge of land register law.

In addition, Mr. Woitke regularly advises on all questions of commercial tenancy law.

Toni Woitke studied at the University of Leipzig and the Université de Friborg (CH). Mr. Woitke completed his legal clerkship in Halle an der Saale and London (UK). Mr. Woitke has been a lawyer since August 2015 and has been active for the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since January 2023 as an associated partner and head of the Real Estate Law Practice Group of the Leipzig location.

In October 2024, Mr. Woitke obtained the master title (LL.M.) in the master's degree in "Real Estate Law" at the University of Münster.
