TISA Stahm

The main focus of tida Stahm is in the areas of renovation and restructuring companies, as well as in the preparation and implementation of bankruptcy proceedings, in particular as a protective shield and self-management procedure. Tsa Stahm also advises in the insolvency-related geselical law as well as with M&A transactions and the creation or implementation of successor concepts.

Tia Stahm studied law at the University of Munich and at the University of Münster. She completed the legal preparation service in the Cologne Higher Regional Court. As part of a station of the preparatory service, Tisa Stahm got to know the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf. In addition, she worked as a research assistant at Lenz and Johlen Rechtsanwälte partnership MBB in Cologne. Since April 2021, Tisa Stahm has been a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf, and has been working in Cologne since August 2021.
