Tim-Robin Karras

Tim-Robin Karras advises as a lawyer in particular on corporate law and general business law as well as in notarial matters.

One focus of his work is the accompaniment of clients in all notarial matters and the design of contracts, be it to the acquisition and transfer of real estate assets, for sale and purchase of medium -sized companies (M&A), start -up processes or restructuring according to the conversion law by means of merging, division and change of form.

In recent years, Tim -Robin Karras has been a lawyer as part of corporate law and business law disputes as well as disputes about property broadcasts and sales.

Tim-Robin Karras has been a lawyer of the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft since 2017. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (second state examination). Tim-Robin Karras studied law at the Westphalian Wilhelms-Universität Münster (first state examination).
