Sven Degenhardt advises comprehensively in the area of ​​the renovation and restructuring of companies as well as the preparation and implementation of bankruptcy proceedings, in particular as a protective shield and self-management procedure. Sven Degenhardt is a trained bank clerk and studied law at the Universities of Bonn and Aberystwyth with a focus on corporate law. He completed his master's degree in moderation and negotiation in Christchurch, New Zealand. He has been a lawyer at Aderhold since July 2004, since January 2008 as a partner. In August 2021, he opened the Cologne Aderhold location after previous 17 years in the Düsseldorf branch.
