As a specialist lawyer for labor law, Sarah Kappe advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective labor law. She focuses on employers on the preparation and implementation of terminations and other personnel measures, the contract design for organs, managers and employees as well as works constitutional conflicts. In addition, Sarah Kappe takes over the Germany -wide representation of employers in judicial and extrajudicial disputes and regularly maintains labor law lectures for employers.

Sarah Kappe studied law at the University of Münster. After her legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, she began her professional career in 2018 as a lawyer at an international business law firm in the field of labor law in Düsseldorf. She has been a specialist lawyer for labor law since 2023.

Sarah Kappe has been a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf since July 2025.
