Prof. Dr. Peter Christ

Peter Christ is a specialist lawyer for labor law. He represents large and medium -sized employers, especially in the area of ​​the energy industry and the municipal companies, in all matters of the individual and collective labor law as well as on questions of employee data protection.

In particular, Peter Christ has extensive experience in the area of ​​restructuring, negotiations with works councils and in the case of collective bargaining issues. He represents his clients nationwide in front of labor courts and as part of arbitration proceedings.

Peter Christ studied law in Constance and Madrid and then passed his doctorate at the University of Munich.

In 2005 he started working as a lawyer at Clifford Chance, where he was appointed partner in 2013. From 2016 to 2025 he was a partner at Pinsent Masons. Since July 2025, Peter Christ has been a partner of the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft.

Since 2022, Peter Christ has been working as a professor of digital management - Legal & Compliance in addition to his legal work at the BSP Business & Law School.
