Prof. Dr. David Stoppelmann

David Stoppelmann is a specialist lawyer for labor law. He represents large and medium -sized employers, in particular from the areas of health, energy and education, in all matters of the individual and collective labor law as well as the labor law aspects of compliance.

In particular, David Stoppelmann has extensive experience in internal studies, complex separation processes and social security issues. He represents his clients nationwide before labor courts.

David Stoppelmann studied law in Bonn and Caen. During his subsequent legal traineeship, he worked for business law firms in Düsseldorf, Prague and Bratislava. In 2015, David Stoppelmann made his doctorate at the University of Bonn on a collective bargaining topic.

In 2014 he started working as a lawyer at Clifford Chance, after which he worked at Pinsent Masons from 2016 to 2025 - since 2020 as a partner. Since July 2025, David Stoppelmann has been a partner of the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft.

In addition to his legal work at the BSP Business & Law School, David Stoppelmann has been a professor of digital management - Legal & compliance since 2022.
