Patrick Klawa advises comprehensive companies in crisis situations. The advisory spectrum ranges from extrajudicial restructuring, the preparation and implementation of starug procedures to the preparation and implementation of bankruptcy proceedings, in particular as a protective shield and self-management procedure. In addition, Mr. Klawa advises on the transaction of companies in the crisis (distributed M&A) and in corporate law.

Patrick Klawa completed the study of law at the Technical University in Dresden and the master's degree in "Private and Public Business Law" at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena. In 2002 he began his professional career as a lawyer and insolvency administrator in the firm CMS Hasche Sigle. In 2006 he switched to Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH as a lawyer and insolvency administrator, since April 2011 Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Since January 2014, Mr. Klawa has been a partner of the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Patrick Klawa is a lecturer at Leipzig University of Applied Science (HTWK).
