Meike Viethen

Meike Viethen focuses on companies in the crisis in the areas of renovation and restructuring, often in a team with auditors, tax consultants and management consultants. The advice includes the design and implementation of renovation concepts as well as questions of bankruptcy, economic and corporate law.

Ms. Meike Viethen studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and completed her legal trainee at the Mönchengladbach district court. At the beginning of her professional career, Ms. Viethen worked in a company as a lawyer for several years. Afterwards Ms. Viethen worked as a lawyer in a boutique law firm in Cologne specializing in bankruptcy law and renovation. In January 2025, Meike Viethen took up her work as a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf.
