Maximilian Michelsen

Maximilian Michelsen advises comprehensive companies in crisis situations. The advisory spectrum ranges from extrajudicial restructuring to the preparation and implementation of insolvency proceedings, in particular as a protective shield and self-administration procedure. Maximilian Michelsen studied law in Regensburg, Utrecht and Düsseldorf. Since 2014, Mr. Michelsen has worked in a boutique law firm in Düsseldorf specializing in bankruptcy law and renovation. There he accompanied a large number of extrajudicial renovations as well as insolvency proceedings as a self-administration and protective shield procedure. In 2022 Maximilian Michelsen switched to the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
