Marco Steinhäußer

Marco Steinhäußer advises comprehensive companies in crisis situations. The advisory spectrum ranges from extrajudicial restructuring, the preparation and implementation of starug procedures to the preparation and implementation of bankruptcy proceedings, in particular as a protective shield and self-management procedure. In addition, Mr. Steinhäußer advises on the transaction of companies in the crisis (distributed M&A) and in corporate law.

Mr. Steinhäußer completed the study of law at the University of Leipzig with a focus on corporate law and a master's degree in business law at the Technical University of Dresden. He then completed the legal clerkship at the Dresden district court. He has been working at Aderhold as a lawyer at the Leipzig site since January 2, 2025.
