Lennart Haag

Lennart Haag advises clients in the areas of renovation and restructuring companies, bankruptcy law, as well as corporate law and M&A transactions.

Lennart Haag studied law and law and economics in Bonn. He focused on "economy and competition", within which he wrote the thesis in banking and capital market law. In the meantime, Lennart Haag worked as a research assistant in a medium -sized bankruptcy law firm. He completed the subsequent legal clerkship in the Cologne Higher Regional Court. Since May 2024, Lennart Haag has been a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in Cologne.
