Lars Thiesen

Lars Thiesen is a specialist lawyer for labor law. He has many years of experience in advising and representing employers in all questions of individual and collective labor law as well as free employment contract law. One focus of his work is the preparation and implementation of personnel measures in renovation and restructuring situations and in the case of corporate takeover, but also when building up and expansion of companies. Mr. Thiesen represents employers to works councils and unions in judicial disputes, arbitration boards, social plan and collective bargaining. Another aspect of his activity forms questions of social security law, including in the context of audits and status procedures. In addition, Mr. Thiesen advises and represents managers, managing directors and board members in individual contractual matters.

Lars Thiesen completed the study of law at the University of Cologne. After stations in the economy, he joined the Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH in 2000 and was appointed partner in 2005. Since April 2011, Lars Thiesen has been a lawyer and partner at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf, since August 2021 he has switched to the Cologne office of the law firm.
