Judith Zimmer advises large and medium -sized companies in all matters of the individual and collective labor law. She focuses on employers on all questions of implementing and termination of employment relationships, in matters of the constitutional law, on tariff law issues and on labor law aspects of compliance. In addition, Judith Zimmer takes over the representation of employers in judicial and extrajudicial disputes and regularly maintains labor law lectures for employers.

Judith Zimmer studied law at the University of Münster. After her legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, she started her professional career in 2022 as a lawyer in an international business law firm in the field of labor law in Düsseldorf.

Since July 2025, Judith Zimmer has been a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf.
