Jessica Kießling advises and processes in the area of ​​banking law as well as in bankruptcy and renovation law, there with a focus on enforcement and defense against insolvency contamination claims and other insolvency-specific claims. In addition, it takes over the legal accompaniment of companies as part of insolvency proceedings in self -administration.

After training as a bank clerk, Jessica Kießling completed the study of law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. Jessica Kießling has been working as a lawyer in bankruptcy law since 2003. Initially, she was employed as a lawyer and insolvency administrator at two medium-sized law firms in the Rhine-Main area. In 2007 she acquired the title of specialist lawyer for bankruptcy and renovation law. Jessica Kießling has been active in the field of legal advice since 2015, and in 2017 she was given the term specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law. In February 2022, she switched to the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Frankfurt.
