Franziska Verse

Franziska Verse advises large and medium-sized companies on all matters of individual and collective labor law. She primarily advises employers on the preparation and implementation of terminations and other personnel measures, the drafting of contracts for executive bodies, managers, and employees, and disputes under works constitution law. Franziska Verse also represents employers throughout Germany in court and out-of-court disputes and regularly gives lectures on labor law for employers.

Franziska Verse studied law at the University of Münster. After completing her legal clerkship at the Essen Regional Court, she began her professional career in 2022 as a lawyer at an international law firm specializing in employment law in Düsseldorf.

Since July 2025, Franziska Verse has been working as a lawyer at Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf.
