Eske Wilken

Eske Wilken advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective labor law, as well as in conflict management. It has special experience in the design of the contract for organs, managers and employees as well as the implementation of internal studies. In addition, Eske Wilken takes over the nationwide representation of employers in judicial and extrajudicial disputes.

Eske Wilken studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. After her legal clerkship in the district of the Oldenburg Higher Regional Court (Lower Saxony), she began her professional career in 2024 as a lawyer at an international business law firm in the field of labor law in Düsseldorf.

Eske Wilken has been working as a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Düsseldorf since July 2025.
