Dr. Michael Löser

Michael Löser advises comprehensively in the areas of renovation, restructuring and bankruptcy. The focus is on the care of companies in the crisis, often in a team with auditors, tax consultants and management consultants.

Michael Löser studied law at the University of Münster and Cologne and Schloss, the subject -specific foreign language training for lawyers (FFA) at the University of Münster as a side course. After graduating from the University of Cologne at the end of 2005, he started working as a lawyer at Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH in 2006. He has been a lawyer since April 2011 and has been a partner of the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since January 2012.
