Dr. Jörg Heyer

Dr. Jörg Heyer advises in commercial and corporate law as well as in Mergers & Acquisitions. He is a member of the supervisory board of various medium -sized companies.

Dr. Jörg Heyer initially completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk, then studied law at the University of Cologne and received his doctorate there in 1996. From 1996 to 1997 he worked as a lawyer for Wessing Berenberg-Gossler Zimmermann Lange in Düsseldorf, from 1997 to 2001 as a lawyer and partner for Clifford Chance in Düsseldorf and London, from 2001 to 2017 as a partner at Schlütter Debatin and Bornheim (today: Seitz) in Cologne and since 2017 as a single lawyer. Since August 2021 he has been of Counsel for the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Cologne.
