Dominik Müller, LL.M.

Dominik Müller advises on the fields of commercial legal protection and copyrights, IT law as well as the law and sales law. In addition to national and international contract design, for example in the case of license contracts as well as delivery and sales contracts, the representation of companies in official and judicial procedures is also part of its areas of responsibility.

Dominik Müller has been a lawyer at the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since 2014 and has been a partner since 2023. Dominik Müller had previously worked as a lawyer at the patent recycling agency of the universities of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. From 2012 to 2014, Dominik Müller completed a master's degree and acquired the Master of Laws at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf in commercial legal protection. Dominik Müller completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm with stations in London, Düsseldorf and Bonn. Dominik Müller studied law at the Westphalian Wilhelms University of Münster.
