Bianca Böttcher, LL.M.

Bianca Böttcher's consulting expertise lies in the areas of national and international commercial and distribution law, including contract drafting and review, as well as advising on M&A transactions. She also advises on warranty claims, product liability, and producer liability. She regularly advises companies in the plant and mechanical engineering sector and food companies, the latter also on food law.

Bianca Böttcher studied law at the University of Leipzig and at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. In addition, she qualified as a mediator at the University of Bielefeld and as a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law. She began her legal career in 2001 as a lawyer at the law firm CMS Hasche Sigle and moved to Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH in early 2007, Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since April 2011. Bianca Böttcher has been a partner of Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since January 2014.

Bianca Böttcher is a member of the German Lawyers' Association e. V. as well as the working group commercial and corporate law in the German Lawyers' Association e. V. and acting as a lecturer at Leipzig University of Applied Science (HTWK). She is on a voluntary basis at the Club International e. V. committed as treasurer.
