Benjamin Schauß advises primarily in the area of corporate law, real estate law and banking law.
One focus of his legal activity is the accompaniment of companies and shareholders in corporate transactions (M&A). Benjamin Schauß also advises and accompanies shareholders and managing directors in terms of social law disputes in court and out of court.
In recent years, Benjamin has also been looking nationwide for banks and financial service providers in the field of banking and bankruptcy law.
Benjamin Schauss has been a lawyer of the Aderhold lawyer since 2016. He has been a specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law since 2022.
Benjamin Schauß has been a lecturer for bankruptcy law at the Hagen Law School since 2021 and has been a lecturer for banking law since 2023. Since 2023 he has also been a lecturer for bankruptcy law at FOM. Benjamin Schauß completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (second state examination). There he also gained initial practical experience in an international business office in Frankfurt. Benjamin Suckß studied law at the universities of Bielefeld and Bochum with a focus on companies and competition (first state examination).
