Benjamin Bruchmann
Benjamin Bruchmann represents large and medium -sized employers in all matters of the individual and collective labor law. In particular, he accompanies restructuring, personnel reduction measures, transactions and leads labor court processes.
Benjamin Bruchmann has extensive experience in the area of contract and remuneration design for employees and organ members, in the creation and negotiation of all types of company agreements or compensation for interests / social plans as well as in the case of tariff law issues. Benjamin Bruchmann also takes over the Germany -wide representation of employers in judicial and extrajudicial disputes and regularly maintains labor law lectures for employers.
Benjamin Bruchmann studied law at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena and the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. He has been approved as a lawyer since 2018 and has been working in an international major law firm in Düsseldorf since then. Since July 2025 he has been a lawyer for the Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft.
Benjamin Bruchmann has been a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since 2022.
