Alexander Leier
Alexander Leier advises on all questions of real estate and real estate management law as well as building & architectural law. In addition to the design and negotiation of complex transactions with a real estate reference, he advises and accompanies our clients, among other things, on all ongoing questions about property, brokerage law, the new conclusion and the negotiation of extensive commercial agencies. He also takes over the representation of disputes with real estate reference in court and out of court.
In addition, Alexander Leier regularly advises on inheritance law disputes and in connection with building sorts.
Alexander Leier has been a lawyer of the Aderhold Lawyers' Society since 2014. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (second state examination). Alexander Leier studied law at the Ruhr University Bochum (first state examination).
