Alexander Hohnert

In the area of ​​commercial and corporate law, Alexander Hohnert advises on corporate transactions and restructuring, taking into account tax law issues. Alexander Hohnert has many years of experience in accompanying dispute, both in court and out of court.

Alexander Hohnert studied law at the University of Augsburg with a focus on tax law. He also worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law, Financial Law and Tax Law with Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jakob at the University of Augsburg. He has been working as an independent lawyer in Leipzig since 1995. From 1998 to 2011 he was a partner of the Sozietät Hohnert, Klapper Laukmanis (HKL law firm).
